Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipping may take slightly longer. Please allow extra transit time in such cases. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Please note that some orders may be delayed due to fish quarantine procedures.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Packing Standards
All products are thoroughly checked and verified before packing and dispatch.

Dry goods such as food, medicines, filters, and lights are packed securely using cotton box packing.

If you have concerns regarding cotton box packing for glass items, please contact us before placing your order.
We ensure careful packing to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Damage & Live Arrival Policy

If any product is damaged during shipping and becomes unusable, it is covered under our DOA (Dead on Arrival) claim.

In the event of fish mortality during transport, a claim will be adjusted on your next order.
📹 An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The tracking number will become active within 12 hours.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
